Refund policy

At Aureva Jewels, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Our jewelry is made in alloy-based gold-plated finishes and 925 sterling silver, and minor variations in finish or detailing may occur as part of the handcrafted process, making every piece unique.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only in the case of transit damage.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Proof of Damage

To initiate a return, customers must share:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • An unboxing video (from opening the sealed package)

  • Images of the outer packaging and shipping label

These are mandatory for our quality control and courier claim process. Returns will not be approved without photographic and video evidence.

Once reviewed and approved by our QC team, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement of the same product.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage reported without photo/video proof

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage

  • Minor color or design variations due to handcrafted finishes or lighting differences

  • Personal preference, styling, or sizing concerns

Aureva Jewels is not responsible for damage or loss of items returned without prior approval.
